Songwriting to Inspire Change
Songwriting to Inspire Change

Find your inner lyricist and feel the powerful resonance of contemporary protest song at this beginner-friendly workshop with singer-songwriter Penny Stone. At the beginning you will have a chance to view Glasgow Women's Library's Firebrand Women - Generating Change exhibition to help provide inspiration for your writing.
Penny uses songwriting to help enable people to find their voice and voice their own experience. She believes that everyone can sing and anyone is welcome to participate in sessions that she leads. The more the merrier! :)
